Pre-move consultation | You’ll meet with Cyndi Cummings and your Senior Move Manager to set goals and determine the time frame for putting your home on the market. We’ll explain our menu of services, the associated fees and answers any questions you may have.
sorting, moving & selling | Deciding what to keep and what to let go of is one of the hardest obstacles to tackle during a long-term residency move, particularly for those downsizing. We'll help you sort, declutter, and coordinate the sale or donation of items as needed.

moving & listing coordination | We’ll coordinate with reputable local movers, liquidators and contractors to handle the loading and unloading process, selling or donating any unwanted items or tackling any needed repairs before listing your home.
RELOCATION & RESETTLEMENT | Your Senior Move Manager will meet the movers and oversee the process from start to finish. Upon arrival at your new residence, boxes will be unpacked and all furniture and additional items will be placed according to your preferences.

staging & selling assistance | The final step to selling your home is staging the property for photography and showings. We’ll either use the furniture available in the home or bring in vignettes or a professional stager to show the best features of the property.
